WITH THE football season now over, Wrexham fans will no doubt be excited for the second series of a documentary all about the club and its one-of-a-kind community.
Welcome to Wrexham aired on Disney Plus last year and proved to be a huge hit worldwide.
The documentary series mainly follows the takeover of the club by actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, which took place in February 2021.
But, it also highlights the trials and tribulations faced by the Reds down the years and shines a spotlight on the lovable characters of the community.
From landlord Wayne Jones at the Turf pub to outspoken painter Shaun Winter, the documentary provided an incredible insight into the lives of those who follow Wrexham AFC.
It has already been confirmed that Welcome to Wrexham will be returning for a second season - so what can we expect to see in those upcoming episodes?

Well, above all - this time around it will be a tale of victory and joy for the club.
That is because, in complete contrast to the first season, season two will show Wrexham winning the National League and earning promotion back to the English Football League.
It will follow one of the most incredible National League seasons ever as the Reds battled it out with Notts County for top spot.
In that respect, we can no doubt expect to see highlights such as Ben Foster's last-gasp penalty save v County which proved vital in Wrexham being crowned champions.
There will also no doubt be extended footage from the 3-1 win over Boreham Wood which saw the club end 15 years of hurt to return to the big time.
That will show the heart-warming scenes of fans rushing onto the pitch to celebrate with their heroes.

Another feature will surely be the club's memorable FA Cup run to the fourth round which saw them beat Championship club Coventry City and take now-Premier League club Sheffield United to a replay following a thriller.
It was a memorable cup competition for star striker Paul Mullin too as he finished top scorer with eight goals.
Keep an eye out in the series too for the arrival of Will Ferrell at the Racecourse.
The Anchorman, Elf and Step Brothers star was spotted having a pint in the Turf ahead of the match against Wealdstone back in February.

Among other people to keep an eye out for are fellow American actor, Paul Rudd (who was there for the promotion-winning match) and a group of Canadian fans who attended a couple of matches in support of Ryan Reynolds.
Since the first season aired, Ryan and Rob have been awarded the honour of the freedom of Wrexham and the club has retained the Racecourse from Wrexham Glyndwr University.
The development of the Racecourse Kop being given the green light to go ahead should also no doubt play a major role in the series.
That will take the stadium's capacity to 15,000 in the near future and has been a major talking point among fans.
Sticking with the club's home ground and it's fair to say that the May Bank Holiday gigs should feature heavily in season two.

American rock legends Kings of Leon were joined by Far From Saints and local band Declan Swans (who featured in season one) for two nights of incredible music.
All that is gearing the second season of Welcome to Wrexham up to be another memorable one for viewers.
It is being rumoured that season two will be released from August 2023 onwards, although no official date has been announced just yet.
Season one was released one episode at a time on a weekly basis.
