The Wrexham Lager Festival got underway yesterday (June 17) as over a thousand people gathered for the event.
From 12 pm till 11pm at Commonwood Leisure in Holt, the festival rocked the countryside.
Live music from two stages meant a whole day of fun for the festival goers, along with delicious food and great beer.
The Wrexham Lager Stage welcomed Catalyst, Alpha Chino, The Columbians, The Scene, Oasis Experience, Johnny Ash, The Sherlocks, and Katie Owen and Nineteen Forever. There was also an afterparty at the Rocking Chair.

Saturday was for adults only (18+), but the Sunday event was family friendly and no doubt some attendees would be celebrating Father’s Day.
On Sunday (June 18) Wrexham Lager took to social media and said: “Firstly, we are absolutely overwhelmed by yesterdays turn out at the Wrexham Lager Festival. We didn’t just break the 1000 mark, you smashed it! So, who’s ready for some more at the atmospheric Commonwood Leisure?”
The festival continues tonight as Before the Storms, The Cazeles and Declan Swans take to the Wrexham Lager Stage.
Over on the Acorn Acoustic Stage is Jamie Happy T, Ryan Davies, Meagn Lee and Calon.
