A motorist is to be sentenced after admitting he caused the death of a man by reversing into him at a Flintshire dealership.
Paul Davies, of Beaumont Close in Chester, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
The 49-year-old admitted that on May 3 last year, he caused the death of Nigel Sedgwick by driving a Ford motor vehicle at Evans Halshaw Service Centre at Bretton without due care and attention.

Justin Espie, prosecuting, told the court that the incident happened at the Chester Road dealership as Davies reversed a customer vehicle.
He struck the victim, who fell to the floor and went under the vehicle.
Mr Sedgwick died as a result of crush injuries sustained in the incident, the court heard.
Megan Tollitt, defending, said there would be no objections to the sentencing taking place in the Crown Court, should the magistrates decide their sentencing powers were insufficient.
She added: "There would be an application for a pre-sentence report.

"Mr Davies was a man of hitherto previous good character."
Following a short period of deliberation, the court opted to send the matter up to Mold Crown Court for sentence; which will take place on July 13, on the basis that the Magistrates Court's powers were insufficient.
An interim driving ban was imposed on the defendant.
