ONE PERSON was airlifted to hospital following a crash between a van and a car in Flintshire yesterday evening (June 14).
The crossroads along the A5104 and Pant y Ffordd were closed due to the incident from around 6.11pm.
According to North Wales Police, the crash involved a van - that was towing a horse box - and a Skoda Fabia.
It left one person having to be airlifted to hospital in Stoke.
The North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and Wales Ambulance Service were also in attendance.

The road was closed for around five hours as emergency services dealt with the incident.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We received a call at 6.11pm last evening (Weds) reporting an RTC on Ffordd Pant Y Ffordd, Treuddyn involving a van towing a horse box and a Skoda Fabia.
"Officers attended alongside colleagues from NWFRS, WAST and Helimed. The road was closed until approximately 11pm and one person was flown to hospital in Stoke."
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.11pm last night, Wednesday 14 June, to reports of a road traffic collision in the Treuddyn area of Flintshire.
“We sent two rapid response cars and an emergency ambulance to the scene, where crews were also supported by an air ambulance. One person was flown to the Royal Stoke University Hospital.”
