Nine days of walks were completed during a festival on Sunday (June 11) with hundreds of miles covered.
The Wrexham Walking Festival 2023 was the most successful yet with more than 550 walkers over the nine days.
Organised by Walkabout Wrexham and District, the 22 walks took participants across mountains and rivers for stunning scenery, across North East Wales.
A spokesperson from Walkabout Wrexham said: “Walkabout Wrexham has just celebrated its most successful walking festival yet. Over 550 people joined us on the free guided walks over the nine days from Saturday 3rd - Sunday 11th June.
“The 22 walks were led by a dedicated group of trained volunteers and we welcomed almost 200 newcomers many of whom joined us again during the week for more outings.
