COMMUNITY leaders are to ask police for help in monitoring anti-social behaviour, drug dealing and arson.
Cllr Brian Cameron told colleagues at a meeting of Caia Park Community Council on Thursday evening that he had been approached by a resident of Queensway regarding ongoing issues recently.
He explained: "A number of cars have been vandalised.
"One person told me their car had been set alight two times, as well as being scratched and God knows what else.
"The issues are up towards the Whitegate Road roundabout."

He suggested the community council should contact North Wales Police to enquire about the use of temporary CCTV equipment to monitor the behaviour.
Cllr Bryan Pritchard also expressed an interest in having CCTV equipment deployed in the area of Tryweryn Place.
He explained: "They have trouble up there, there's drug dealing regularly up the alleyways."
The councillors agreed that the community council should write to North Wales Police to ask about the use of CCTV in those areas.
