THE ROYSTON Club have said there's 'no one else' they would rather have shared glimpses of their first album with than their hometown of Wrexham.
The Royston Club made up of mates from school, was formed in 2019 and has had some rise since getting together.
Tom Faithfull, Ben Matthias, Sam Jones and Dave Tute have been on tours of the UK, played festivals in America, and have had over 15,000,000 streams on Spotify.
But the band's new album, announced on Friday, June 2, brought them right back to their roots over the weekend as they performed in Wrexham.
Sell out gigs took place at the Glyndwr TV studio and the Parish as The Royston Club celebrated the release of 'Shaking Hips and Crashing Cars'.

The band says it has been 'humbled' by the response to the album so far.
Taking to Twitter, the band wrote: "The love we've received over the past 24 hours is difficult to put into words. We're so humbled and overwhelmed by your response to Shaking Hips and Crashing Cars.
"Wrexham that was beautiful, there's no one else we would rather share the first moments of [our] debut album with."

Following the Wrexham gigs, The Royston Club also appeared on stage in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds over a very busy weekend for the band.
They will also be heading on another tour of the UK in October.
The Royston Club boys will no doubt be looking to follow in the footsteps of the likes of fellow Wrexham-band Neck Deep who are now a household name over in the USA.
