A WREXHAM couple is taking the plunge from 10,000 feet up, to raise funds for two causes close to them.
Jade and Joe Morgan, from Rhos, will be completing tandem skydives in aid of Alder Hey Children's Hospital, in Liverpool, which treated their four-year-old daughter Lilly, and the British Heart Foundation, in honour of Jade's nan who died in December.
Thankful Jade, 25, said: "Alder Hey have always been amazing with us as a family and we recognise its importance in helping treat, support and keep families together.

"They were very helpful with Lilly’s epilepsy diagnosis last year, after several inconclusive EEGs and months of uncertainty. Thanks to Alder Hey our daughter is now officially diagnosed and is on the medication she needs, with no seizures in over a year now.
"We also have had an amazing experience with Alder Hey's ophthalmology department. They have always been understanding of our daughter’s needs, and after lots of tests and a 'partially sighted' diagnosis, they have referred Lilly for extra help in school.
"We're sure there are lots of families in the area who have benefitted from the great resources offered at Alder Hey, and this is why we’re taking the opportunity to thank them all for what they’ve done, by raising funds to hopefully go towards new equipment and resources so they can continue helping families."

Jade and Joe, 26, who also have daughter Evie, two, will be making the leap at Tilstock Airfield in Whitchurch, on Saturday, September 16, and they hope to raise as much as possible.
Jade added: "We've covered the actual cost of the skydive ourselves as it is a personal experience for us too. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and we wanted to have a reason to do it. Although we're definitely nervous, knowing it's for charity is pushing us more."
