POLICE have issued a warning after receiving "numerous reports" of "aggressive" dogs in a Flintshire town.
North Wales Police said that the issues are prevalent in Holywell town centre and the surrounding area.
It comes after police issued an appeal to owners in April after reports of dogs being let loose in the Holway area of Holywell.

PCSO Jessica Williams said: "We have received numerous reports of dogs off leads that have become aggressive towards other dogs.
"A gentle reminder, please make sure that when you are out walking on a public footpath or in a park, please keep your dog/s on a lead, and muzzled if need be.
"Please be mindful that dogs can behave in different ways when coming into contact with people and other breeds. The last thing we want is an unexpected trip to the vets when it could have been resolved by keeping your dog secure."
