A main road in Anglesey closed due to a collision, but has now reopened
The B5111 between Rosybol and Llanerchymedd had been closed both ways but the southbound carriageway has been reopened according to the Inrix traffic service.
The latest update says that the B5111 Northbound closed due to the incident between B5112 (Market Square) and the Rhosgoch turn-off. It is affecting traffic between Llannerchymedd and Amlwch but sensors indicate the Southbound carriageway has been reopened.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “B5111 is currently closed between Rhosybol and Llanerchymedd due to an rtc
“Please avoid the area if possible”
UPDATE: the road has now been cleared and has reopened.
