One person was taken to hospital following a collision in Garden Village, police have confirmed.
The collision occurred around 2.23pm yesterday (Wednesday, May 18) on Kenyon Avenue and involved a cyclist and a vehicle.
The Air Ambulance was spotted at the scene and later that evening in the daily update by Inspector Luke Hughes, one man was confirmed to have been taken to hospital.
He said: “You may have seen the Air Ambulance over Wrexham earlier.
"Officers responded to a road traffic collision at around 14:23hrs ( car v cyclist ) on Kenyon Ave. One male casualty and the road is now reopen.”
