POLICE have issued a warning after a slingshot was seized from the Wrexham area.
Slingshots - which can also be called a catapult - are not actually classed as firearms in the UK.
However, they can still be classed as an "offensive weapon" under certain circumstances.
North Wales Police have issued a warning after they seized one of the items from Rhos on Tuesday, May 16.
