LEADER readers have been sending in their messages of thanks to Wrexham's star owners following an unforgettable season for the club.
It's no secret that since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over as co-chairmen in February 2021, the Reds' fortunes have slowly but surely turned right around.
And following initial play-off and FA Trophy final heartbreak at Wembley, that hard-work and determination has now culminated in huge success for both the men and women's teams.
The men's side enjoyed a record-breaking season as they racked up 111 points, won the National League title and earned promotion back to the English Football League after a 15-year wait.
The women were equally as impressive as they won the Genero Adran North league in front of a record-breaking crowd of over 9,500 at The Racecourse.
An open-top bus parade to celebrate those achievements earlier this week resulted in 40,000 people gathering in Wrexham to give players, staff and, of course Rob and Ryan, a hero's welcome.
After that, we asked Leader readers what their messages to the lovable duo would be following an incredible two years. Here's what they had to say ...
Debbie Stickells said: "From the bottom of my heart we thank you for the tears, the laughter and the glorious joys of making Wrexham great again, there are no words for what you and the team have done for our community spirit and bringing the whole of Wrexham together, thank you for everything."
Lizzy Murphy told us: "Thank you for giving so much back to Wrexham football. Success, hope and a brighter future for our town and its fans."
