POLICE officers have reminded people to 'consider their community' after seizing an off-road bike in Wrexham.
The vehicles have become a persistent problem for North Wales Police in recent times.
Just last month, patrols were stepped up in Holywell following reports of youths riding off-road and electric bikes in an anti-social way.
Earlier this year, there were similar concerns raised by officers in the Buckley area.
Now, NWP's Wrexham Rural team have urged people to 'consider' the impact of the bikes on their communities following another incident in the Penycae area.
Officers there have seized a bike which was being ridden on the rugby field and near the Brandy.

A statement from the team read: "An off road bike was seized under Section 59 over the weekend in Pen-y-cae, having been ridden on the Rugby field, and near the Brandy.
"Section 59 allows officers and PCSOs to seize vehicles that are being driven in a careless or inconsiderate manner, and causing or likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress.
"Please consider your community... and your own safety!"
