A WREXHAM couple are due to be married midway through the King's coronation this weekend.
King Charles III will be coronated at Westminster Abby at around 11am on Saturday, May 6.
That will be a day to remember for many throughout the UK - but it will be made all the more special for one couple from Wrexham.
Jess Sadler and Djamel Rouibah are due to tie the knot at midday on that same day.
The pair - who have been together seven years and are expecting a little boy in August - are getting married at the registry office in Wrexham before heading to Penycae Football Club afterwards.
Jess is a teaching assistant and Djamel is a taxi driver - but the pair originally met through work all those years ago.

Looking ahead to the big day, Jess told the Leader: "We planned the date around a holiday we had booked last year before the sad passing of the Queen so we could use that as a honeymoon.
"Nothing has had to change due to the coronation, we're actually getting married at 12pm which I believe is in the middle of the coronation ceremony.
"We loved the Queen and I'm sure will love the new King just as much. If they have it on TV when we get to our reception I'm sure a lot of our guests will be watching!"
