THIS WEEKEND will see the coronation of HM King Charles III.
The historic event this Saturday (May 6) will see the first coronation take place in the UK for 70 years.
We wanted to know if Leader residents across Wrexham were planning to have a street party or had any other plans to celebrate the occasion.
Here's what they had to say...
Emma Roberts added: "We are hosting a street BBQ in Plas Madoc"
Ysgol Sant Dunawd said: "(We) are holding a community coffee morning for the Bangor on Dee community.
"The children will be singing and taking part in Nightingale House Hospice’s Royal Run For Fun, as well as holding a ‘Picnic in the Park’ for our parents! A busy day for us!"
St Mark's Church in Caia Park will be hosting its very own 'Kings Coronation Celebration' on Monday, May 8 between 3pm-5pm.
That will feature games, a bouncy castle and so much more to keep guests entertained.
Nightingale House Hospice is also inviting schools, nurseries and community groups to take part in its 'Royal Run For Fun'.
Anyone taking part in that can celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III and raise funds for Nightingale House Hospice at the same time.
Nightingale House will provide you with everything you need, including your own royal crown which you can personalise, as well as sponsorship forms and posters. On completion of your Royal Run you will receive a Royal Run Certificate!
You choose your route and date and they will sort the rest! All they ask is that each participant raise a minimum of £1.50 each. Every penny raised will enable Nightingale House Hospice to continue providing invaluable care and support to those in our community living with a life-limiting illness.
