A TEA BAR which has been closed since the pandemic is finally reopening in Mold.
The Mold Community Hospital League of Friends were delighted to confirm that the much-loved volunteer led tea bar reopened at Mold Community Hospital on Tuesday, May 2.
Kath Jones has been appointed as the Tea Bar Manager and is delighted with the response from visitors to the hospital who have missed the friendly faces of the volunteers.
Kath said: “Mold Community Hospital League of Friends are now to be able to re-open the shutters of the Tea Bar after having to close in 2020 due to the covid pandemic.
"The Tea Bar is run by volunteers from local organisations and individuals.
"All profits from the Tea Bar go towards equipment and items to ensure the comfort of the patients and hospital users."
The tea bar opening times are:
Monday - Friday
10 - 12 and 2 - 4
Closed Bank Holidays
