WORK is progessing on the installation of the new floodlights at the Racecourse Ground.
The process got underway on Monday, with the first of the four iconic floodlights taken down.
Work has continued throughout the week to complete the removal and installation of the new lights, with the first one completed.
The club say that the process is ongoing.
It is expected that work on the remaining floodlights will continue over the coming weeks and will be completed in the middle of May.

The new LED floodlights meet regulations that will allow international football to be played at the Racecourse Ground, with plans in place for Wales to play a friendly in Wrexham later this year.
Since Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds took over the club there has been significant work completed at the oldest international stadium in the world.
Parts of the concourse were redone, the pitch was ripped up and relaid (twice) and the kop has been demolished.
Work on the kop is expected to start on June 1 and is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2024/25 season.
