A WALKING scheme aimed at helping people to get and stay in shape, is celebrating 20 years with a special walk.
This year Walkabout Flintshire is celebrating its special anniversary with a walk in Wepre Park.
Everyone is invited to take part, and past walkers and walk leaders are very welcome too.
Organisers suggest bringing along a picnic to enjoy after the walk, alternatively, there is a café at the visitors' centre.
Walkabout Flintshire is a charity offering free volunteer-led walks throughout the county, including Mold, Flint, Halkyn, Caerwys, Holywell, Shotton, Penyffordd, Llanasa and Caerwys, with additional special walks undertaken and also Nordic walking in Greenfield. Regular summer-only walks are held in Lixwm and Carmel.
