Wrexham has been the town everyone's been talking about recently, both internationally and within the UK.
Now a sleepy village just six miles out of Wrexham is also set to be thrown under the spotlight.
According to The Sun, an unnamed source claims Ryan Reynolds is set to buy a house worth £1.5 million in the North Wales village of Marford.
The Deadpool star's latest purchase in North Wales, having brought Wrexham AFC with fellow Hollywood actor Rob McElhenney in 2020, is set to put Marfrod on the map, in a similar way it has Wrexham and residents are thrilled.
But what do we know about Marford and where exactly is this small village Reynolds and wife Blake Lively may soon call home?
Welcome to Marford
Marford (750 acres) is a small village in Wrexham County Borough, Wales, near the England border.
It is next to Gresford and just a short 11-minute drive (6.1 miles) from the Wrexham AFC's home ground, The Racecourse.
The North Wales village only has a population of 2,153 people and only has the one Co-Op and two pubs/hotels.
What residents have said about Ryan Reynolds' Marford move
The Leader spoke to Marford residents recently who all said they were excited to welcome Reynolds and Blakely to the village.
Daycare workers at Marford Little Explorers, Jessica Jenkins and Tracey Nevitt said they couldn't believe Reynolds could be coming to the village.

Ms Nevitt said: "I think it is very good for the town, it means a lot that he is choosing to stay in Wrexham.
"The people of Marford truly are the salt of the earth so I think Ryan chose well."
While Ms Jenkins said she was in disbelief about the news, but was excited.
She added she was hoping to be able to share a pint with Reynolds and Lively in the nearby Red Lion Pub.
