A FOOTBALL match which was abandoned after a supporter was seriously injured has been re-scheduled to take place behind closed doors.
Shortly after 5.30pm on Saturday, April 8, officers responded to reports of disorder between fans at the JD Cymru Premier fixture between Flint Town United and Caernarfon Town at the Essity Stadium in Flint.
The match was abandoned and a man who was seriously injured within the stadium was taken to hospital.
The three arrested individuals, a 15-year-old male, a 19-year-old man and a 41-year-old man, were bailed pending further investigation.
Now the match has been rescheduled and will be taking place behind closed doors.
The re-arranged fixture will take place on Wednesday, April 19 (7.30pm kick-off).

A statement from the JD Cymru Premier team read: "The JD Cymru Premier fixture between Flint Town United and Caernarfon Town has been rearranged for Wednesday 19 April (KO 19:30).
"The original match, on Saturday 8 April, was abandoned in the 16th minute following crowd trouble.
"The rearranged fixture will take place behind-closed-doors at the Essity Stadium, starting from 0-0 and the clock reset to zero."
