A Wrexham woman has shared her own experiences of living with mild cerebral palsy in a stigma breaking book about disability labels.
The book is part autobiographical and part factual and was written to break the stigama of disability by sharing Samantha's own personal experience living with mild Cerebral Palsy.
As her story shows, regardless of ability we are all able and entitled to live a normal live without being penalised for doing so.
Samantha has a degree in graphic design and works as a graphic designer in the motorsport industry.

In addition Samantha has her own part-time business designing and selling posters.
However in spite of her professional successes Samantha has found that "because she is in a wheelchair, that is all society sees."
The book is described as "a truthful account, no holds barred, both the positive side and inevitably the negative side to her life, which undoubtly and unfortunately, so many others like her have faced in their own lives just because of the disability label."
Samantha said: "It is time to rethink the idea of CP. It's time to rethink disability as a whole."
The book, 'CP isn't me' is written by Wrexham author Samantha Maxwell and is now available online on Amazon UK.
In addition the book is currently being stocked in Bellis Brothers Garden Centre in Holt and the Senedd Shop in Cardiff.
In the coming weeks it's going to be available soon in Waterstones in Wrexham, Derwen College in Gobowen, Ty Pawb Visitor Centre, Wrexham and Chester Visitor Information Centre.
