THE OWNER of a takeaway business which opened its second shop this week has been left 'overwhelmed' by the support shown for it.
Chip-O-Dee has become a hit in the area since it first opened two-and-a-half years ago.
At 4pm on Wednesday (April 5), it opened its second shop which is now based at the old Pisces takeaway shop at 47 High Street, Caergwrle.
That opening day - which offered everything at half-price - was a huge success for shop owner Haci Deniz, who says he's 'overwhelmed' by how it went.

He also offered an apology to those who had to wait longer than usual for their orders given the high volume of people who turned up on the day.
Mr Deniz said: "Well what can we say after our opening night. We are truly overwhelmed by the support from the local community.

"We just want to apologise for the long wait customers had for their orders. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon."
Chip-O-Dee, which also has a shop on Borras Road in Wrexham, offers a range of takeaway options from the traditional fish and chips to pizzas and kebabs.
That first shop was crowned Wrexham's best kebab shop in Wrexham Eats' Kebab Shop Tournament just last year, beating 15 other businesses to the prize.
