WREXHAM LAGER has this week welcomed an American visitor - who coincidentally comes from a place called North Wales.
It's no secret that Wrexham's reputation has sky-rocketed since the club's takeover by Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds in February 2021.
That, along with the 'Welcome to Wrexham' documentary has helped put Wrexham AFC and the city itself well and truly on the map.
And, with that, has come the arrival of people from all over the globe who want to witness all things Wrexham.
Wrexham Lager welcomed a visitor from America this week.

Akash arrived in Wrexham from North Wales - no, not that one, the one in Pennsylvania, USA.
Wrexham Lager say that he stopped by to buy a load of merchandise during his trip to the area.
A statement from the business read: "You won’t believe this.Meet Akash from North Wales ... USA! Yep, North Wales City in Pennsylvania! Just 27 miles north of Philadelphia City Centre.
"As it’s name suggests, North Wales was settled by Welsh immigrants who named it after North Wales in Wales. Better yet, the town where Akash lives is called Gwynedd. So, even before Wrexham became famous in America, North Wales was already a proud part of the USA."
"Akash, one of our many new customers from across the pond, visited the Wrexham Lager Brewery & took a whole load of Welsh Wrexham Lager merchandise back with him (and sampled a few beers)."
Wrexham Lager says that they will have more American news to share later this week.
