WREXHAM Lager has announced that it will be bringing back its very own festival for a second time in 2023.

The inaugural Wrexham Lager Festival took place in 2022 and proved to be a huge success.

Organisers were 'lost for words' as over 700 people visited Commonwood Fishery in June of last year to watch the likes of Welsh icon Dafydd Iwan and the talented Declan Swans perform.

Wrexham AFC fan and internet sensation Bootlegger (aka Karl Phillips) was the special announcer as acts took to the stage.

Now, the iconic Lager brand has announced that a second edition of the festival will be held on June 17 and 18.

Across two main stages at the atmospheric Commonwood Leisure, guests will be able to indulge in a weekend of beer, food and live music soaking in the summer vibes.

Declan Swans will be returning alongside a host of other top names including The Sherlocks and DJ Katie Owen.

Wrexham Lager said: "Wrexham Lager Festival is back. Taking place in the heart of Wrexham's stunning countryside this June 17th and 18th.

"UK chart topping The Sherlocks front the Saturday, the ever growing Welsh (& proud) DJ Katie Owen bringing some bangers & the UK’s best Oasis cover band ‘The Oasis Experience’ for those crowd pleasing moments you won’t forget in the sunshine(eee). Not to even mention - Wrexham's best talents to make it a line up the town can be proud of!

"Didn’t get enough from one day or want to take the family? Don’t blame you! Enjoy the laid back festival atmosphere with a host of Wrexham's best artists continuing throughout Sunday with the Declan Swans seeing off a festival to truly celebrate everything."
