A PERSON was taken to hospital following an RTC near Llangollen earlier this morning.
The road traffic collision occurred near the Horseshoe pass in Llangollen just before 7.30am.
Members of the Welsh Ambulance Service attended, and one person was taken to hospital.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today, Friday 31 March, at approximately 7.28am, to reports of an incident at Horseshoe Pass, Llangollen.
"We sent two rapid response vehicles and two emergency ambulances to the scene. One patient was conveyed to Wrexham Maelor Hospital for further treatment.”
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene, but were not required upon arrival.
A spokesperson said: "We were called to an RTC on Horseshoe Pass at 7.37hrs – one appliance attended but we were not required to take any action."
North Wales Police were approached for a comment.
