POLICE are urging people to vigilant of cold callers claiming to be ex-convicts in Flintshire and Wrexham.
North Wales Police has said it is "aware" of a number of reports in the Wrexham and Flintshire areas relating to persons cold calling trying to sell goods, claiming to be ex-convicts.
PCSO Rhys Sanders said: "I'd recommend you not to buy any products from them, mainly because you can get the same products yourself in the shops.
"If you feel intimidated or pressured just shut the door on them.
"If you have any CCTV footage of these individuals then please call 101 or use the live chat function on our website. Please share this with friends and relatives."
