A Wrexham family has voiced their worry and concern after their goat went missing on Sunday evening.
Michelle Blakemoore-Irving is an owner and forest school leader at Little Hobbits Forest School, which is based in Bwlchgwyn, Wrexham.
On Sunday, March 26, Michelle and her son fed the five goats that live on the property at around 10-11am.
When Michelle returned to restock hay and water for the goats around 6.30pm she noticed that one of the goats, Falcon, was missing.
After quickly searching the nearby fields, Michelle noticed that one of the fences had been damaged, leading Michelle to believe that Falcon may have been taken.
Alerting her partner, Michelle and her husband searched across the property as well as further across the village of Bwlchgwyn.
Michelle said: "The goats are normally so friendly as they are used to forest school children, however they were extremely scatty and distressed which leads me to believe something has gone on."
Michelle called North Wales police to alert them of the situation.
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "We were called at around 8pm on March 26th to report damage to a fence and a missing pet goat at an address on Glascoed Road, in Bwlchgwyn, Wrexham.
"Enquiries into this are ongoing and we would ask anyone with information to contact police, quoting reference A043738."

Michelle described Falcon the goat as "the softest of the bunch" and said he is often the friendliest with people.
Michelle continued: "It's really sad as the other goats have not been coming up to say hello and haven't really been eating since.
"I have had to call the vet to see what I can do."
Michelle has launched appeals via social media for people to be on the look out for Falcon. She said: "The parents at Little Hobbits Forest School have been amazing, sharing the posts and doing what they can."

Falcon's disappearance has taken a toll on Michelle as she grapples with the reality of telling her son, who is diagnosed with functional autism.
For her son, Falcon in particular acts as a therapy animal.
Michelle said: "It is keeping me awake at night as it is going to have a huge impact on him and his anxiety."
Michelle asks that anyone with any information or if anyone sees him to get in contact on 07972173102.
