Service children and their schools across Flintshire have taken part in fun activities to improve their health, wellbeing and building resilience.
The event, which saw them team up with Forces Fitness, Flintshire County Council and SSCE Cymru, took place over two days.
The first was held at Ty Calon, in Deeside and saw schools from Sandycroft CP School, Ysgol Ty Ffynnon, Mountain Lane CP School, Sealand Primary, Ysgol Bryn Gwalia, Rhos Helyg CP School, Queensferry and Ysgol Merllyn taking part.
The second day engaged with children from Gwernymynydd, Ysgol Y Waun, Ysgol Maes Glas and Maes Y Felin, for fun team building activities.
The days consisted of a team of highly qualified military veterans delivering inspiring fun sessions based around health, wellbeing and building resilience. They also included tips on diet and nutrition.
