An injured dog walker was helped by North East Wales Search and Rescue (NEWSAR) this weekend in Flintshire.
The woman had taken a fall while she was out walking her dog in Mostyn on Saturday (March 25)
NEWSAR provided her with medical treatment before getting her to an ambulance that was nearby.

A spokesperson for NEWSAR said: “On Saturday afternoon we were asked by @NWPolice to assist @WelshAmbulance with a patient. A woman had taken a fall while out walking with her dog in countryside south of Mostyn.”
Team members attended and provided pain relief, splinting and then drove her in a team vehicle to meet a WAST ambulance at the road.
