A WREXHAM drink-driver was caught out after stalling his car in front of police.
Dewi Dempsey, of Heol Llewelyn in Coedpoeth, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old admitted that on March 3, he drove an AudiA4 on the A525 at Wrexham when the proportion of alcohol in his breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
Justin Espie, prosecuting, told the court that on the day of the offence, police saw the defendant stalling as he tried to move off.
