A WREXHAM primary teacher has created a unique and entertaining way to inspire his pupils.
Jack Moulton, a Year 6 teacher at Brynteg CP School, wanted to show children they can do so many things with their lives.
The 32-year-old created a podcast, Talks With A Teacher, just over a year ago, interviewing famous names from a range of backgrounds, careers and sports.
Already on his second series, his aim was to highlight that whether academic or more practical, their future can be shaped by that, their determination and the steps they make to achieve their goals.
Jack, from Wrexham, realises school isn't a fit everyone, and our plans can change, as a teenager he originally wanted to be a journalist.
The father-of-two said: "Initially I did a block of 10, and put it out there to see what people thought, and I'd been asked when a second series was coming out.
"I'd reached out, and I'm thrilled to have spoken with so many interesting people.
"I've been fortunate to speak with successful local lads such as MMA fighter Aaron Aby and Commonwealth Games gymnast Jacob Edwards.

"There's definitely a Welsh theme running through the podcast, with guests such as footballer Helen Ward, who has represented the Wales national football team over 100 times, actress Georgia Henshaw and comedian Esyllt Sears, amongst others.
"But I've also spoken with people further afield, such as Ireland, Norway and the US.
"I speak with guests about their school days and how their early days impacted their future choices and careers.
"It also features questions from pupils in my class. It's always interesting to know what they would like to know.

"I also ask guests that if they could go back, what would they tell their younger selves.
"I try to speak with people from as many fields as possible. I've spoken with authors, Darren Simpson and Sinéad O'Hart, strongman/woman competitors Ben Brunning and Inez Carrasquillo, illustrator Korky Paul, football manager Marc White, Sandy Docherty from the Great British Bake Off, rock climber Pete Whittaker, musician, Esmond Selwyn and Paralympic gold medallist Danielle Brown MBE."
Jack now let's the children decide for themselves if they want to listen, with many choosing to do so in their own time.
He added: "The podcast started off as something little for my class to discuss in school but the streams and downloads showed people from different countries have been tuning in.
"I want to show them that just because you might not be brilliant in school, it doesn't mean you might not go on to do something.
"Education is of course important but if you leave school at 16 without all the options you want, there are still a million things in life you can choose.
"If the podcast inspires the children to pursue their dreams then it's done its job, but the fact other people like is awesome too."
