The collision, involving a cyclist and a Fiat 500, happened in Gwersyllt shortly after 4pm on Saturday, March 4.
North Wales Police have confirmed that the 30-year-old cyclist - a local man who has not yet been named - has died following the crash.
Sergeant Nicola Laurie of the Roads Policing Unit is renewing the appeal for witnesses.
She said: “Our thoughts remain with the man’s family and friends at this difficult time."
Sergeant Laurie added: “I would like to thank all those who have contacted us so far, however, we are urging anybody who may have witnessed the collision, or who may have seen the cyclist prior to the collision to come forward.
