"Thanks to the National Education Union (NEU), I have in the past, been able to learn Welsh - a bursary paid for a residential, month long stay at Aberystwyth University, undertaking an intensive Wlplan Awst course; a year long subscription to ‘Say Something in Welsh’ and a further long weekend course," she said.
