A set of “irreplaceable” medals have been stolen from a property in Wrexham over the weekend.
Wrexham town police officers attended a domestic burglary on Saturday, March 4 where the medals were taken, along with other items of value.
Police have taken to social media to appeal for information, and posted a photo of the medals which were stolen.
A spokesperson said: “Officers attended a domestic burglary on Saturday 4 and it became apparent that a set of medals had been stolen from the property along with other items of value.

“The medals are irreplaceable having been personally issued to a solider who served in the Royal Welch Fusiliers.
“Please make these "too hot to handle” the medals in order are from left Northern Ireland medal, Bosnia medal, Iraq medal, Queens Jubilee medal, long service and good conduct medal and Accumulated service medal.
