A POPULAR pub and restaurant chain is reopening one of its establishments later this month.
The Fat Boar in Ruthin was closed down last year due to staff shortages. The owners had promised it was a "short-term break rather than a long-term closing down".
They seem to have stuck to their word after teasing that the premises will reopen later this month.
However, it is being rebranded as part of the CarniBoar chain.

On social media last night, the chain teased the reopening by saying: "The comeback is always stronger than the setback... March 23rd."
They then confirmed the news by adding: "We made mistakes, we’ve gone away, we’ve made changes, we can’t wait to get back too it.
"We will be re launching as a Steak house this month. Good food, good drink, good times."
