A CHARITY has thanked Flintshire Council for helping it find emergency accommodation for a homeless man in the area.
SHARE (Supporting Homeless Assisting Refugees Everywhere) Chester supports families in crisis and people who are homeless in North Wales and Cheshire.
It also assists refugees fleeing for their lives, wherever they are in the world.
On Tuesday (February 28), the charity took to social media to praise Flintshire Council's out of hours housing team for helping to find emergency accommodation for a homeless man in Holywell.

SHARE Chester said: "We would like to expressly thank the Out of Hours Housing Team Flintshire CC this evening for helping us to find emergency accommodation for a man reported to us as homeless in Holywell, this evening.
"They sent a taxi and booked him a hotel until they can help him tomorrow."

Flintshire’s Chief Officer for Housing and Communities, Vicky Clark, said: “We are here to help anyone in difficulty and I’m pleased that this person received help and support from our dedicated homeless prevention team.
"We are also here to direct people to other organisations that may be able to offer further assistance and advice.”
