WREXHAM-based band Declan Swans are set to open for American rock legends Kings of Leon at the Racecourse ground later this year.
On Monday, February 27, it was announced that the bands would be starring in two outdoor shows on May 27 and May 28.
Wrexham AFC co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney made the announcement via a video posted by both Hollywood actors.
Rob and Ryan's video has also confirmed a pre-sale on St David's day (Wednesday, March 1) for season-ticket holders and members, with the opening act being the Wrexham band Declan Swans.

The band is made up of Ben Jones, Mark Jones and Michael Hett and has been together for over 20 years.
And the Swans have enjoyed phenomenal success over the last year or so.
They starred in the hugely-popular Welcome to Wrexham documentary on Disney and their smash hit 'Always Sunny in Wrexham' has become the theme song to a day out at the Racecourse too.
Now, they're ready for the next chapter as they team up with Kings of Leon for what should be an unforgettable weekend.
