A Mcdonald's delivery driver punched a fellow worker in the face after accusing him of stealing his work.
Cristinel Negru, of Henry Taylor Street in Flint, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The 51-year-old admitted that on December 3, he assaulted Marius Rizea by beating him.
The court heard how both men were Uber Eats delivery drivers working out of Mcdonald's at Flint Retail Park.

The defendant had received a food order, which he claimed the victim had cancelled - in order to take for himself.
Justin Espie, prosecuting, told the court: "He shouted and swore, reached into his pocket and then took his hand out and punched the victim to the face.
"The victim felt like he'd been hit with something metal, and fell to the floor."
The court saw images of the injuries to Mr Rizea's face, still marked with "fresh blood" in the aftermath of the incident.
After interviewing Negru, a probation officer told the court: "The underlying feature was the financial implication - he was aggrieved that [the victim] had cancelled his order and taken the work.
"He lost his temper, and takes full responsibility.
"He said he's never reacted in this way before, and it is something he won't do in the future."
The court heard the defendant and the victim are both still working for Uber Eats.
Mike Pugh, defending, added: "The altercation arises from the cancelled order, which he believed had been cancelled by the complainant - he said it was unfair because of the implications on his income.

"They still work together and they are civil when they cross each other's path.
"He never wishes to find himself in this position again."
The court handed down a fine of £461, with Negru to pay £100 in compensation to his colleague.
He must also pay £85 costs and a £184 victim surcharge.
