A 'LARGE amount' of timber was stolen from Flintshire earlier this week, police say.
North Wales Police has launched an appeal for information following an incident which took place overnight on February 12.
They say the timber was stolen from a site off the A5104 between Pontblyddyn and Pontybodkin.

Officers also suspect that a timber wagon was used in order to steal the timber.
They are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward and help them.
A statement from the NWP South Flintshire team read: "A large amount of timber has been reported stolen from a site off the A5104 Corwen Road between Pontblyddyn and Pontybodkin, sometime overnight on 12th February.
"It is suspected a timber wagon may have been used.
