THE OWNER of a popular Wrexham takeaway says he's 'really excited' as the business prepares to open a second shop.

Chip-O-Dee has become a hit in the area since it first opened two-and-a-half years ago.

It offers a range of takeaway options from the traditional fish and chips to pizzas and kebabs.

Located on Borras Road, it was crowned Wrexham's best kebab shop in Wrexham Eats' Kebab Shop Tournament just last year, beating 15 other businesses to the prize.

Now, it is set to celebrate another success as it expands into Caergwrle.

Mr Deniz added: "I’ve been open two-and-a-half years now and have to give thanks to my amazing customers here, it’s been great.

"Winning the Wrexham Eats kebab shop tournament was a massive privilege for me and I am really excited to be opening up 'Chip-O-Dee 2 in Caegwrle.
