THE OWNER of Wrexham's newest high street shop is "overwhelmed" at the support she's received.
The Leader reported on Friday on the inspirational story of Lisa Tudor - who was forced to retire from her job as a literacy co-ordinator aged 36 because of health issues.
The mum-of-two has Multiple Sclerosis and Type 1 Diabetes, and started the CiCi women's activewear clothing range during the first Covid lockdown, alongside her husband, Craig.
They designed and had personalised leggings manufactured, and their business quickly grew.
On Saturday, Lisa and Craig opened their first CiCi shop - based on Queen Street (opposite Sports Direct).

Lisa said: "What a day! We're totally overwhelmed by all of the support received in the day. The shop was busy from the moment we opened until the moment we closed and it was a really special day for me, my family and the rest of our CiCi team.
"It makes the last few years of hard work really worthwhile."
She added: "We really hope this will become more than just a high street shop. We want it to be a place to talk and help each other. Life is hard at the moment and I know I'm not the only one facing so many challenges."
For the rest of the month, the shop will be open 11.30am until 5pm on a Wednesday to Friday, and 10am until 4pm on a Saturday.
The shop will be fully open from March 1.
