POLICE are investigating after a schoolgirl felt she was being followed by a man in Flintshire.
The alleged incident occurred on Tuesday (January 31) in Hawarden.
A Hawarden High School pupil was reportedly waiting for a bus when a man started behaving "suspiciously" and allegedly followed her to a nearby pub.
The girl's mother said: "She was that scared that she called us to collect her and went to Crown and Liver pub to make them aware. He followed her into the pub and he was escorted off the premises by the staff."

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “At around 6pm on Tuesday, January 31, we received a report of a man behaving suspiciously around a female on The Highway, Hawarden.
“It is reported the female walked away from the man towards the Crown and Liver Inn, before going inside.
“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who witnessed the incident, or anything suspicious at the time, is asked to get in touch via the website or on 101, using reference A015109.”
