THE Wrexham AFC women's team has been given high praise by Blake Lively this week.
The former Gossip Girl star is married to club co-chairman and fellow Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds.
Ryan and Rob McElhenney took over at Wrexham in early 2021 and have taken the Reds on an incredible journey together so far.
Deadpool star Ryan previously revealed that Blake is 'obssessed' with the Wrexham project.
Now, Blake herself has taken to social media to praise the work being done within the club's women's team.

In July 2022, Blake's company 'Betty Buzz' became sleeve sponsor for the women's team at Wrexham.
The non-alcoholic drink mixer company was founded in the same year.
A statement from Betty Buzz on Instagram added: "It's National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
"We love an excuse to celebrate these fantastic women making things happen across the pond @wrexhamafcwomen."
