CONCERNS have been raised following a dog attack in Wrexham.
During his daily update, Inspector Luke Hughes touched on an incident reported to police on Tuesday.
He said police had received a report of a dog bite at around 6.30pm on Tuesday in Rhosddu Park.
He added: "Caller states they’ve been bitten by a dog in Rhosddu Park. Skin broken – officer to make contact and discuss options with victim."

There has been a number of dog attack incidents across Wrexham over the past few months, one of which involved a police officer being bitten.
Police also received reports that a dog had bitten a child at Ty Mawr Country Park in Cefn Mawr, Wrexham, on January 2.
Cllr Marc Jones has since gone on to express his concerns over the incident and has urged dog owners to keep their pets on a lead.
He said: "I'm concerned to read the report from Inspector Luke Hughes of NWP that a woman was attacked and bitten by a dog on Rhosddu Park.
"I understand this is not the first time the dog has bitten someone and I hope the owner will realise that, if they can't control their dog, they must put it on a leash and keep it safe."
