Wrexham AFC is promising a warm welcome to a famous Liverpool man who fundraises for charity by walking in a pair of speedos!
Michael Cullen, also known as Speedo Mick, is currently completing a 1000-mile walk from John O’Groats in Scotland to Lands End in Cornwall in a pair of blue speedos and walking boots.
The Evertonian has been doing these walks over the past seven years, having raised about £800,000 in that time. This one however will be his last, and the amount on his GoFundMe page for the Speedomick Foundation currently sits at over £68,000.
The money will go towards the foundation's first-ever mental health projects.
