A litter picking group in Wrexham has collected 58 bags of rubbish from around the Wrexham Maelor Hospital as a thank you to the NHS.
Eight members of the group Wrexham Litter Pickers headed out at 8.30am on Sunday morning, January 15 in an effort to say thank you to the staff working at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The group shared on social media that they had collected a massive 58 bin bags of litter across the site.
A spokesperson in the group shared that the effort was: "Just a small token to say thank you to the amazing people who work there."

The team is planning to return to the hospital next week, 8.30am Sunday, January 22 and is looking for more volunteers to join them on their endeavours.
The group is made up of volunteer litter pickers, working hard to keep streets, green spaces and rivers in Wrexham free from pollution.
Since the group was formed in February 2021, it has collected over 14,052 bags of litter.
And 2022 was another very busy year for the group as it collected 532 bags from 28 group picks.
