POTATO Day returns to Mold next month.
The free event, orchestrated by the FlintShare group, will be held at the Daniel Owen Centre on Saturday, February 11 and will see over 80 varieties of seed potatoes in addition to onion sets, garlic, vegetable seeds, plants, herbs, soft fruits, and fruit trees.
The event will take place from 9am - 1pm, with Mayor of Mold, Councillor Haydn Jones in attendance.
A spokesperson for the event said: "As in previous years, ‘FlintShare’ is collaborating with ‘Brighter Blooms’ to bring you a seed potato extravaganza with over 80 varieties of certified seed potatoes for sale!
"Whether you want to buy a handful of potatoes for a container or a large quantity for your garden or allotment, there will be something there to suit your requirements."
