MOTORISTS have been urged to take extra care during journeys due to today's poor weather conditions.
The advice came from PCSO Tim Edwards of the North Wales Police Community Safety Eastern team on Tuesday morning.
A Met Office yellow weather warning for rain is in place across Wrexham, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd until 8pm today.

PCSO Edwards said: "This is just a polite reminder for motorists to drive carefully and safely during the heavy rain currently washing its way across Wrexham and North Wales.
"Downpours and localised flooding are forecast for most of today (Tuesday) and the spray off the roads can often create poor visibility for drivers/riders.
"Please take some extra time when planning your journeys today."
A Met Office spokesman said: "Outbreaks of rain will spread across England and Wales during Tuesday.
"This will be heaviest and most persistent across parts of Wales, particularly over higher ground.
"Rainfall totals of 80-100 mm could accumulate over high ground."
