IT'S no secret to anyone by now that Wrexham's support is pretty incredible - particularly for the league they are playing in.
The Reds currently play in the National League - the fifth tier of English football and one below the English Football League (EFL).
They will of course be aiming for promotion (And the title) once more this season to end what will be 15 years of hurt come the end of the 22/23 campaign.
And, if it was down to support shown alone, then Wrexham would be playing at a much higher level.
Let's take a look at how their average attendances at home at the Racecourse have compared to some of the EFL clubs this season (Stats from the trusted Transfermarkt website).

In their first 11 home matches of the season, Wrexham welcomed approximately 109,638 spectators through the gates, giving them an average of 9,967 a game.
Their highest home attendance so far was 10,150 for the Boxing Day 5-0 win over Solihull Moors (which was the 12th and latest home game).
That means the Reds are well on track to beat the 190,232 fans they welcomed during 22 matches in 2021/22 (average of 8,647).
Comparing that to some of the League One and Championship clubs whose grounds have a similar capacity to the Racecourse makes for interesting reading.
When it comes to League One sides, Wrexham has a way better average attendance than most with a similar stadium capacity including; Wycombe Wanderers (5,532 in a 10,137 seater), Exeter City (6,770 in a 8,830 seater) and even Port Vale (8,249 in an 18,947 seater).
What will also no doubt please Wrexham fans is that they are averaging higher crowd numbers than old rivals Shrewsbury Town who have been drawing in an average of just 6,095 to their 9,875 seater Montgomery Waters Meadow ground so far this season.
PIC: The Racecourse has been the place to be this season.
Meanwhile, Championship side Luton Town's Kenilsworth Road holds 10,226 fans and they have averaged 9,790.
Fellow Championship side Rotherham United's New York Stadium has a 12,000 capacity. That has averaged 10,388 this season.
Furthermore, Wrexham is not a million miles away from Premier League club Bournemouth whose 11,329 seater Vitality Stadium has seen an average of just 10,231 so far.
When compared to fellow National League clubs, only current league leaders Notts County come anywhere close to Wrexham's numbers but are still a way behind with an average of 7,456 fans at Meadow Lane.
All of that makes for pretty incredible reading for Wrexham.
The takeover of the club by Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, coupled with the 'Welcome to Wrexham' documentary, has undoubtedly boosted numbers but the support and the passion has always been there for the Reds.
And of course, the Kop is now set to be re-developed at the Racecourse, which will only take the attendances up higher in the not so distant future due to a new 15,500 capacity which could be in place as early as 2024/25.
